This was by far our favourite meal in Porto. We were promptly taken to a table by (we think) the owner which was a fun and friendly lady. We were with our 3 year old boy, she was brilliant with him. The atmosphere was great, the service was fantastic and the food was delicious. We had a sardine / cheese platter to start, a couple of pizza’s and salad for main and the trio of mini desserts (amazing!) for dessert. The wine was very reasonably priced and very good. Would highly recommend!!
Had the Focaccia, Gnocchi al Ragu, Panacotta and Tiramisu and they were all BANGERS. Servers are very nice and Atmosphere is as you would expect on a busy street. Overall you get what you expect. Highly recommended to come at 6pm though as theres no reservations and the place fills up quick.
If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. The service was amazing, the food was incredible and the wall seating was super neat! We had the burrata salad - it was the most amazing salad we have ever had all the ingredients were perfect and fresh, the lasagna - bowl lickingly good, and the lemon panacotta. The whole place had a homely vibe and we felt so very welcome. Some of the best, if not the best food we have had in Spain and Portugal combined over the last 2 weeks so far. Edited - so good we went back a second time and it definitely held up to the same standard of amazing food and service. Everyone working here is lovely and the food is impeccable and delicious. The cannelloni was like none I had ever tried, it was amazing. I cannot fault this place. Be early if you want to snag a seat here cause it fills up super fast.
The lasagna and chicken were both excellent – flavorful, well-prepared, and perfectly paired with a glass of red wine. Service was equally on point: we were welcomed warmly, served quickly, and the staff struck that rare balance of being attentive yet relaxed. The background music created a cozy atmosphere without being intrusive, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. All in all, a pleasant surprise – we walked out fully satisfied and happy to recommend this place.
Beautiful dining area, charming walkways by your side as a view. Food was very well made, all fresh and done by the owners grandmother. Fantastic choice to eat. The tiramisu is outstanding!
