Today, I had the pleasure of visiting a truly magnificent cafe that exceeded all expectations. From the moment you step in, you're greeted by a spacious, bright, and incredibly comfortable environment. It's clear they've put thought into the design, offering a diverse range of seating opportunities that invite you to settle in. This isn't your typical minimalistic co-working spot; it's a vibrant space that brims with color, warmth, and genuine care. With abundant real plants and natural materials, it feels like a grand living room or an open kitchen, encouraging conversation and connection. The food is incredibly fresh, and the coffees are really good, making for a delightful culinary experience. The service is outstanding, with staff who are not only attentive and authentically friendly but also capable of speaking a multitude of languages, which is a huge plus. While the music downstairs was a bit too loud for my preference, the upstairs volume was just right, allowing for comfortable conversation. Considering the exceptional quality of everything, the price is super fair, offering loads of bang for your buck, especially if you arrive really hungry! This cafe is perfect for foodies who appreciate a vibrant atmosphere and a place that truly comes alive with energy. It seems to attract a great crowd; we visited at 9 AM on a Saturday and the vibe was excellent, though I'm curious to see how packed it gets later in the day. If you're looking for a spot to enjoy multiple coffees and great food in a lively, welcoming setting, this is definitely the place to go.
Lovely café in a great location! I really enjoyed the variety of dishes - there’s something for everyone, and everything I tried was fresh and tasty. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I ordered the traditional syrnyky, and they were excellent - soft in texture and really delicious. The only small disappointment was the cherry confiture, as a few cherries still had stones inside, which was an unexpected surprise. Other than that, everything was wonderful, and I’d definitely come back again.
A cute, lively establishment with both indoor and outdoor seating. Great coffee, smoothies and light dishes designed to keep you energized for a better approach to some steep city terrain. I had the blueberry smoothie and the arugula salad with fresh strawberries and goat cheese with a honey mustard dressing that was perfect. The servers are pleasantly energetic and help describe the menu with further details. We wound up returning to this place three times during our four day visit to Porto.i think its best for breakfast, brunch, or lunch. Fun shaded spot to take in the sights. Ukrainian food too!
I had a wonderful experience at Story. The Borsch was absolutely delicious, and the Syrnyky with almond flakes were just perfect. It's a lovely spot with friendly, welcoming people who made me feel right at home. I enjoyed it so much that I visited twice during my weekend stay. Their coffee was also great, and the brunch I had on my second visit was equally satisfying. Highly recommended for a cozy, tasty experience!
Finally we found a place with a perfect breakfast, that includes eggs, sourdough bread, scrambled eggs and salmon in Porto! Service is great, filter coffee was also delicious. Location is also very nice, not loud and a beautiful square in front. Highly recommended for those who like quality food and nice friendly atmosphere💛
