Had an enjoyable visit to Noobai, great spot for some drinks, Tapas and fabulous views of the city, warn and friendly service team and plenty of opportunities to take some great pictures over the skyline of Lisboa, worth a visit

Beautiful View over the city and the Bridge. Outdoor seating perfwct for dinner or tapas to share.

This place was average for the location. Service was fine. You are packed in this little outside space that is crowded, loud and a downer. Plus the sunset is forgettable from there. Drinks and food were under whelming. There are other places nearby that are much better.
