we were very lucky to take the last available table walking in at 6:45pm. portion of food is large and the staff was very nice of reminding us. innovative cooking method of onion, the beef with mushroom is fabulous that not too salty. the signature dish - francesinha are mix of meat, cheese, toast with homemade sauce: recommend to order half of size to leave room for more food. drinks are decorative and with good taste. overall is a pleasant experience as our first meal in Porto!

We had a wonderful lunch right in the center of Porto. The food was delicious – we tried the Francesinha and Goat salad. It absolutely lived up to the hype. Rich, flavorful, and really satisfying. The service was also lovely – the staff were very friendly and welcoming. A great spot to relax and enjoy a traditional Portuguese meal. Highly recommend ⭐️

What an incredible experience! This place is truly amazing, with a fantastic and cozy atmosphere. We were seated on the upper floor – just watch out for the low ceilings ;) From there, we had a great view of the bustling waiters and all the tables filled with happy guests. The pleasant hum of conversation created a unique, vibrant energy. For our appetizer, we had the mushroom and asparagus dish with an egg. It was a flavor explosion—an absolute must-try! As a main course, we chose the classic Portuguese dish, francesinha, prepared in the traditional way. The portion was huge and incredibly filling, and we regretted not ordering the half-portion, as we had no room left for dessert. We didn't have a reservation, but we arrived just before the afternoon opening time. We waited for a short time in line and were given a table for an hour, which was more than enough thanks to the quick service. It was a truly fantastic dining experience! Thank you!

Fantastic food! Definitely worth the 30-minute wait in the queue. We shared a Francesinha, along with a pork steak and a cod dish – all absolutely wonderful. Highly recommended to visit this place. Try to book in advance if you can. Prices are very reasonable.

Really, really great vegetarian option for the Francesinha! If you want to try this Porto staple but without the crazy amounts of meat it usually comes with, then this is your place. The veggie version is definitely not an afterthought. We shared one for two and we're absolutely full! Nice staff, but can get busy. Reservations for bigger groups than 2 definitely recommended!
