Suki was great. She was friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered the Turkish eggs along with the salmon and other drinks. Everything tasted great. I would definitely come here again.
It's a very pleasant place! The food is incredibly delicious, the service is really excellent and during peak hours (lunch, for example), there are so many people (also with children) and so much chaos that is not impossible to talk ... PS: roast-beef, salad and syrniki was amazing 👌🏻
A true Lisbon gem!! ✨✨ We came for a cozy breakfast and left absolutely enchanted. The service was exceptional — the staff were warm, witty, and genuinely so welcoming, making us feel right at home from the start. We ordered the Salmon Benedict and blackberry pancakes with a pineapple tea and a mimosa, and every bite was perfection! Celebrating Portuguese Mother’s Day here was a 10/10 experience, and we can’t wait to return later this week with my husband. Highly, highly recommended!! Thank you so much Liberty!! 💗🥞🌷
The omelette was great!! Hashbrowns as well, but had an overpowering cumin taste, so if you like cumin great. Unfortunately the pancakes were chewy and not fluffy, maybe overmixed batter? But overall had a great experience 🙌
Liberty Café in Santos is one of those spots you instantly feel at home in. It’s bright, relaxed, and just a little bit quirky with the bookshop tucked in the back. We had two flat whites made with their Ethiopia blend, and both were beautifully balanced. The notes of blueberry, mango, earl grey, and brown sugar came through in every sip, and the coffee felt clean, smooth, and layered. Instead of a salad, we tried the spinach syrniki. It’s a warm, savory pancake, soft on the inside with a light, crispy edge. Served with sour cream, it felt like the kind of comfort food you crave on a cool morning. For dessert, we couldn’t resist the blackberry cottage cheese pancakes. They were tart and creamy, with mascarpone cream and a hint of lime zest. Honestly, one of the most unique and satisfying desserts I’ve had in Lisbon. Service was easy and attentive, and the energy in the space made it hard to leave. Liberty doesn’t overcomplicate things. They just focus on great coffee, creative food, and making you want to come back. I definitely will!
