I am visiting Porto for almost 3 years, at least 3-4 weeks a year. The best food for me is by far Francesinha. Every time I take an uber ask then what francesinha he thinks is the best, so you can imagine I ate a lot of them already. However tonight I found the place, where I can say with confidence that has the best. You need to order with bife do lombo & egg and just enjoy this magical meal. I am a Man of perfection and so was this Francesinha. 10/10 recommended
Excellent restaurant and service. I had a reservation for 10 pm, but they helped me get a seat at 8:20 pm. The wine was excellent, and the food was delicious. But without a doubt, the ribs are on another level; the 48-hour wine marinade makes them exquisite. We ordered half a pica, but it's really spicy. For those who don't tolerate it well, it ends up being a nuisance to finish the dish. The accompaniment was orange salad, simply fresh, juicy and sweet. The attention from the entire staff was magnificent; everyone treated us with such love. I would definitely come back.
Apparently, this spot is known for having one of the best Francesinhas in Porto—and it truly lived up to its reputation! The meats were of great quality and tasted premium, with generous portion sizes (you can even opt for a half Francesinha if you’re not too hungry). We really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and the attentive service. The restaurant was full, so be sure to book a table in advance!
we were very lucky to take the last available table walking in at 6:45pm. portion of food is large and the staff was very nice of reminding us. innovative cooking method of onion, the beef with mushroom is fabulous that not too salty. the signature dish - francesinha are mix of meat, cheese, toast with homemade sauce: recommend to order half of size to leave room for more food. drinks are decorative and with good taste. overall is a pleasant experience as our first meal in Porto!
We had a wonderful lunch right in the center of Porto. The food was delicious – we tried the Francesinha and Goat salad. It absolutely lived up to the hype. Rich, flavorful, and really satisfying. The service was also lovely – the staff were very friendly and welcoming. A great spot to relax and enjoy a traditional Portuguese meal. Highly recommend ⭐️
