Vyro (Bistro Raw Vegan)

Everything my wife and I ordered was very good. The stuffed cabbage is 100% worth it. The grilled asparagus and tofu omelette is also good. There are also a lot of different soups to pick from. Everything is 100% vegan and the woman who runs the place is very friendly.

We visited Bucharest last month and kept coming back to Vyro Raw for three days straight—it truly became one of the highlights of our trip! The food was fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care. The atmosphere was welcoming and warm, and the owner lady made us feel right at home. There was one particular dish we absolutely loved (we ordered it every single time!)—it was so unique and delicious that we still talk about it today. We would be so grateful if you could share the recipe, even just the main ingredients, so we can try to recreate a little piece of Vyro Raw at home until we get the chance to visit again. Loved this place. I had a few hours in Bucharest and needed lunch. This was about a 20 minute walk from the railway station, which suited me fine. It was a pleasant surprise to see a huge menu not only of raw foods but of cooked vegan dishes. I had a very tasty mushroom soup and a large Caesar salad. Owner was very friendly. This is exactly what I was looking for-a business run by passionate women, creating something truly special! Everything here is homemade, wholesome, and made with care, no harmful ingredients, 100% gluten-free. But this place isn’t just for vegans-it’s for anyone who cares about their health. Whether you’re watching your sugar levels, managing cholesterol, dealing with allergies, or simply seeking clean, nourishing food - this spot is a hidden gem. It’s not just about being vegan. It’s about mindful, healthy living - and every bite speaks for it.

Very very good romanian (but not only) inspired vegan food, and super friendly staff. Don't bother reading the menu, it's a little long! Just ask them to walk you through the fresh selection of food they prepared today (the boxes in the fridge). They will happily help and explain what they are. Would 100% recommend if you want a quick healthy bite.
