Our experience was absolutely fantastic!! The food was great and we had plenty of choices! Great cocktails also and big variety of wines. The service was exceptional! We made a mistake in our order and even though that it was our fault they did not charge it. I highly recommend it

Nice place, worth coming for the view and the food, I had better expectation. Atmosphere and staff could do better. Theres no wine menu in english so we ended up ordering beer and the waiter didnt bother to recommend us wine.

This place is a bit of a mixed bag, but ultimately worth a visit for the food alone. The ambiance is truly lovely—perfect for a special occasion. The decor is sophisticated and the lighting is just right, creating a genuinely fancy atmosphere. The food is good and the presentation was artistic and impressive. However, the service fell short of what you'd expect from a restaurant of this caliber. Our server was a bit inattentive, and we had to wait longer than we should have to get our drinks and for our plates to be cleared. If you're willing to overlook some minor service hiccups for a truly exceptional meal in a beautiful setting, then this is the place for you.

Honestly, I expected much more from NOR. We went as a family of 6, including my elderly parents, and right from the start it was frustrating — security blocked us from entering the building for over 10 minutes until his colleague came back, leaving us waiting outside. The view is beautiful and the staff inside were friendly, but the food, while good, wasn’t anything special. I’ve had much better meals in other restaurants for much lower prices. On top of that, the music inside was unnecessarily loud, making it hard to have a relaxed conversation. We spent around 1600 RON for the 6 of us, and for that price I expected far better flavors, service, and atmosphere. If you want the view, maybe try it once — but as a restaurant, I can’t give it more than 3★.

The food was sublime, every dish was flavorful, elegant, and beautifully presented. A special shout-out to Stefan, our host for the evening, who truly made the difference. He was attentive without being intrusive, gave us great recommendations, and created a relaxed and welcoming vibe. His attention to detail and kindness made our evening unforgettable.
