Epoca Bella

I recently visited Epoca Bella restaurant, and I was truly impressed by the amazing ambiance and excellent customer service. I ordered pasta carbonara along with chicken and chips. The presentation was beautiful, though I found the chicken a bit bland and the pasta slightly salty. As a sous chef, my intention is not to criticize but to offer constructive feedback. When I shared my concerns, the staff was incredibly kind and even offered me a complimentary dessert, which I deeply appreciated. On a positive note, their cocktails are absolutely top-notch!

We had dinner at Epoca Bella last night and thoroughly enjoyed everything, from the warm welcome to the service and atmosphere. Luckily for us, there was live music performed by the Miraj quartet. Additionally, I would like to mention that I asked if it was possible to have a dairy-free risotto, and to my surprise, the answer was yes. I haven't had such a good risotto in a very long time, and the fact that it was customized for me according to my request was wonderful. I also want to highlight our interaction with the waiter who attended to us from the beginning. He was neither too intrusive nor entirely absent. He checked on us from time to time, and this was more than sufficient for us. I didn't catch his name, but we appreciated his honesty, modesty, willingness to help, and kindness.

Excellent service, delicious dishes, wonderful atmosphere, nice selection of wines and stylish, classy restaurant decorations. The staff is friendly and professional, with a high etiquette. We will enjoy coming back to Bella Epoca.

What stood out even more were the drinks, which were exceptional and complemented the meal perfectly. I so wanted to like this restaurant but unfortunately the food and service could be improved. First try, months ago the octopus was overcooked and rubbery. This time the salmon was oily, not seasoned enough and overall nothing special. Was excepting a lot better from such a fancy looking place.
