Amades Restaurant

Very cool spot hidden away in the Gothic quarters, very friendly staff, and amazing food. We had the seasonal paella which was duck. The eggplant and the croquettes with tuna. I wish I could eat more and order more but there is always tomorrow!

This restaurant is absolutely incredible! The setting is stunning, with a beautifully decorated downstairs room that adds to the overall charm. The staff was absolutely lovely and incredibly attentive. Although we only had wine, the tables around us were raving about the white sangria, which we regretted not trying. The wine we had was perfectly recommended by the staff and complemented our meal beautifully. The food was truly exceptional. The tuna and potato croquettes were a standout dish, and the suckling pig was incredibly tender. While the menu is short, every dish was so enticing that we wished we could have tried them all. In fact, all the dishes were so good that we had to add bread to our order because we didn't want to miss a drop of any of the sauces. Overall, the combination of the fantastic atmosphere, wonderful staff, and outstanding food made for an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommend.

We were lucky to get a table without a reservation here. They do a refreshing and modern take on local dishes, make great cocktails and have an overall nice vibe. Would highly recommend!

Incredible dinner our first night in Barcelona! The waiters were all kind and attentive and helpful. Loved everything we had, along with the atmosphere and their stellar music choices! 😊

Stop searching for somewhere to eat - you've found it! Good vibes and familiar music you can bop to tucked away in a rustic restaurant and bar. The customer service was great and drinks refreshing - now the food. WOW. Best food I've had in Europe so far. The arroz de temporada is next level good! 10/10 must try if you're looking for good food and are nearby!
