This lovely restaurant serves up hospitality and history in equal measure. Our dining experience was like stepping back in time to taste historic dishes while enjoying the convivial atmosphere. Head there early and take in the view from the overlook.

We loved this restaurant. It was like going to a friend's house for a delicious dinner. The food was fantastic. Fresh. Flavorful. And unique to Spain. The service was outstanding from the conversation to the description of every meal. We could not recommend El Tormo more highly for anyone wanting to taste some delicious and authentic Spanish food. 😋

This is a must stop on madrid! The owner Makes you feel as if you're in her house for a personal meal. The food is unlike anything we encountered throughout the rest of Spain. Extremely fresh, tasty, and resonates with love.

Absolutely fabulous food and hospitality. We learned a lot about Castilian food and were introduced to new dishes. The menu is well-balanced. A cultural gastronomy experience indeed. The restaurant is small and it would be prudent to book a table in advance.

A lovely Manchego restaurant that serves delicious meals, some even dates back to Cervantes’ time. They offer a seven-course meal (hold off the bread if you’re to take this road), an arrangement of complete gastronomical pleasure. The couple who runs this place are also very lovely and the señora explains each dish wonderfully one feels like traveling to Castilla La Mancha tambien.
