Executive chef owner Marcos was able to squeeze us in for dinner after a few email exchanges. He personally came out to greet and talk to the diners. Ingredients were fresh and he personally explained where he sourced from for example the fish of the day from the northwestern corner of Spain where the two seas come together and the currents make for the best catch. Chef Marcos explains how he prepares and cooks each dish.
An exquisite restaurant worthy of its Michelin designation. The staff and service we impeccable and extremely helpful with their recommendations. I tried the tomato soup, squid/octopus, and finished with their signature beef tartare. All were excellent choices. Portion sizes were great and the prices are very reasonable compared to other Michelin star restaurants. Their staff is very knowledgeable about their wine and can give great pairing suggestions to go with your meals. 10/10.
An awesome restaurant, offering amazing service and truly great food. The soup was outstanding, rich in flavor and perfectly balanced, and the tartare was one of the best I’ve ever had – fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of taste. The staff were attentive without being overbearing, making the whole experience even better. At one point, the waiter was explaining something with so much passion in Spanish that I honestly wish I spoke the language just to catch every word – it felt like part of the experience itself. Everything came out quickly and with care. Definitely a spot I’d recommend and return to.
We had a lovely dinner here for my 60th birthday. Food was expertly prepared, to the point, and extremely fresh. Mains a very much slanted to fish with 3 fish courses a chicken dish and one pasta. My only criticism is the use of sude vide on so many dishes which to me makes the offering a little monochromatic
I visited an amazing restaurant in Madrid specializing in Spanish cuisine, and I was completely blown away! The restaurant features marvelous dishes from various regions of Spain, with each dish being a true work of art. I especially loved the octopus and the salmon, which were simply exquisite! The wine selection is also excellent, ensuring that everyone can find something to suit their taste. The atmosphere of the restaurant is incredibly cozy and warm, creating the perfect setting to enjoy food and company. The staff was not only professional but also very friendly, always ready to assist and provide recommendations. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to savor the true flavors of Spain in a beautiful setting!
