Sabor Con Encanto - Brunch & Healthy Eating

We were excited to try Sabor con Encanto, but overall the experience was a bit disappointing. The place was quiet, with only a few tables occupied, so we expected a more welcoming vibe. The man behind the counter told us where to sit and gave us the menus, but there was no real warmth or conversation. Not rude, just not particularly friendly either. We were two people and ordered a satay chicken sandwich and a Caesar salad, with a hummus plate to share as a starter. Things got confusing right away. The hummus came out first, but it was served with a salad that no one ordered. It was the wrong one. While we waited for the correct dish, the server asked if the person who ordered the sandwich wanted bacon. He said yes, but the bacon ended up on the salad instead. The food itself was mixed. The satay chicken sandwich had great flavor. The Caesar salad was just okay. The biggest letdown was the hummus. It is described as homemade, and maybe it is, but it tasted nothing like proper hummus. I would not recommend it. One more thing to mention. For a place that presents itself as healthy, it was surprising that all the bread options were white, with no whole grain available. I might come back, but I would definitely be more selective next time.

Absolutely loved this place! Sabor con Encanto offers delicious, healthy breakfast options with plenty of gluten-free and vegan choices. The food is fresh and full of flavor, and the staff are warm and welcoming. Cozy interior, great outdoor seating, and fair prices. A must-visit spot for breakfast in Málaga!

The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, which made us feel very welcome. Everything we tried was delicious, but the Italian Primavera omelette was definitely our favorite!

I ordered an omelette that comes with ham, cheddar and edam cheese. It was the best omelette I’ve ever had!! The texture was very smooth and the taste was just perfect! Staff were great and the place was very clean and fresh. Highly recommended
