We had an excellent dinner at Sibuya Urban Sushi Bar in Seville. The atmosphere is modern and inviting, and the sushi was fresh, creative, and beautifully presented — a perfect change of pace from tapas. A special shoutout to Josue, who took such great care of us. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was spot on from start to finish. His service really elevated the whole experience. If you’re in Seville and craving sushi, this is the place to go!

One of the better sushi’s I’ve ever had. Very fresh and a great menu. Very nice staff, tables are not close to you neighbors, I would definitely come back again!

We were completely blown away by their food! The appetizers were gorgeous, the sushi as well. Plus: all the chicken is halal, if that’s an issue for you. Urban atmosphere, great value for money. Better make a reservation! We came here twice in three days for a reason.
