Míng Chinese Restaurant 明

We ordered 4 dishes and we finished them all! Really delicious and authentic Chinese cuisine. We highly recommend it!

I ordered a 水煮牛肉, and unfortunately it was very amateurishly cooked. I cannot speak for other dishes at this restaurant. I hope this restaurant will take my feedback seriously and do some research into how this dish should be cooked and the quality expected of a professional chef. 1. Too much baking soda was used to tenderize the beef, which affects the flavor. 2. The chili oil should be made in advance and ingredients such as sichuan peppercorn should be filtered out. It seems the ingredients were quickly thrown together with oil and no proper chili oil was used. 3. The chili peppers were burnt. This is absolutely unacceptable. It should have been remade instead of using burnt chilis in the dish. 4. The beef should be dusted with a fine starch such as mung bean starch or tapioca starch. This makes it absorb more flavors of the sauce. 5. The vegetables were overcooked. Based on the taste, I believe they were also not boiled separately before being added to the dish. This is done to prevent the vegetable flavor from becoming too dominant in the dish.

one of the best chinese restaurants in whole of spain, i ordered spicy beef in boil soup, japanese tofu and crab and corn soups. All of them are very delicious, and the spicy beef in boil soup taste the best and authentic China dishes. service okay and the restaurant very beautiful. if u visit Seville, this chinese restaurant u must not miss :)

Beautiful restaurant in Seville with delicious food and excellent service! Food: We tried the Squid and Sizzling Tofu. They were prepared perfectly. Squid has great flavors and texture and Tofu was the same. Went well with white rice (not included with dish). Service: Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and was available to assist us. Food came out fast. Ambiance: Good space for family gathering, date nights and friends meet up. Simple Asian inspired decor. Value: Prices were a bit high, but at equivalent to quality of food and service. Great Asian restaurant if you're already tired of tapas! 🙂

Sweet and sour soup was alright, but I would not recommend the cumin lamb dish, something is missing in the seasoning. Portion was small. The atmosphere and service was good.
