Gusto

We really enjoyed Gusto, it has great ambiance. Good for a date or a small group. The paella is easy to share and is served with pride. Our waitress Aouatif was super nice and professional and always had a smile on her face, she really made us feel welcome. The veggie paella is vegan, just be aware that it does come with fried peppers. We ordered the fried peppers as an appetizer and it comes with a ton. So I'm total we ended up eating 23 peppers between the two of us. If I was to do it again I might order a different appetizer, but it was still really good.

We were there on our vacation in Seville and it was the most wonderful meal we've ever had. From the staff to the food, everything was incredible. The best paella we've ever had. The waitress Aouatif was super helpful and attentive from the beginning to the end of the meal. We loved it and recommend it 10/10

To be completely honest I asked Gemini for places that serve good paella near my accommodation. I looked at each recommendation and decided on this one based on the review photos. When we visited late at night we were able to get a patio seat without reservation. We ordered the Valencian paella and found it pretty tasty. I’ve never been to Valencia so I cannot say how authentic it was but I enjoyed it. The tiramisu was rich and delicious. The second time we tried the mixed paella. Again, we happened to be in the area and experiencing decision paralysis so we returned. It was very salty. Though interestingly we had it packed up and it kind of tasted better cooled down in the hotel. 😅 The iberian pork croquette was good though. The staff are polite and attentive. It was nice being served food table side. No complaints there. Would recommend. Some items are better than others.

Excellent paella. I am not Spanish so I am not sure if it is exactly how they should be like but it certainly tasted really good! The seafood paella tasted so delicious with the good seafood taste in the rice. I tried seafood paella in 2 other places in Seville and this is definitely the best.

My favourite restaurant in Seville, the seafood paella was the best I have ever had. So much seafood and cooked to perfection. We were served by the wonderful Alejandro who was so kind, friendly and efficient. He really made our evening so special. Thank you
