Stopped by for a quick snack and to try the well-known orxata for the first time. It’s served without sugar, which honestly isn’t needed - the natural flavor is great on its own. I did add some sugar at the end just to see the difference, and it was actually really good both ways. The toast with chopped tomato and ham was fine, nothing special but a nice bite. What really stood out was the warm and friendly service from Elvira, who made the visit feel extra welcoming.

It's our first meal at Valencia and it was amazing! I am a vegetarian and this is a gem. They gave bunch of vegan options in Palella, burgers, sandwiches, soups. Food was delicious, great service and the market ambiance was great. Clean and well maintained

Beautiful organic/ecológico café. The food was all-organic, also offering gluten-free rolls/buns. Everything was fantastic and very tasty. Option for vegetarian hamburger (mushroom burger). Salad is the side dish. Everything is organic! 💚💚💚💚💚 Loved it. The women working there were phenomenal, so friendly, helpful and kind. Very wonderful experience. Nice atmosphere.

Cool and comfortable place for a paella. Food was hot and tasty, beer was cold and refreshing, service was fantastic. Must try the orxata (no sugar added) - has real authentic earthy nutty flavour.

Fantastic healthy restaurant that is in the middle of a really cool market area in the central city District. I recommend this place! There’s a lot of great shops and stands to get souvenirs around the restaurant. This restaurant has a partnership with the restaurant across the way that makes great Orxata.
