If you wander around Bilbao at lunchtime and wonder where to have a good meal, I highly recommend San Marco. The staff are absolutely lovely and always smiling, and the food was among the best we had on our trip. They offer a menú del día on weekdays for about €16, which I found extremely delicious and a great value. The salmorejo is excellent, the fish dishes are fresh and flavorful, and the tarta de queso is a must-try dessert. We were so happy to have found this place — definitely recommended! 🍲🥮🐟😊🇪🇸

I came from Korea with my girlfriend and found this wonderful kitchen in Bilbao. We ate Menu del dia and also brunch. Both are absolutely delicious and the cost-effectiveness are amazing. And the chef can speak english fluently so we have no problem to choose our menu. I highly recommend this bar if you come to Bilbao!

Fabulous bar-restaurant for menu del dia. Food, service and atmosphere is excellent. Good price. Well worth a visit. Visited again and still very good. Staff very attentive and ensure you're happy with everything.

I have been living in Bilbao for a few months and have been here a few times. Alex is always here with a smile on his face. He is so kind and welcoming. It's an adorable little place. I highly recommend the amazing service and beautiful atmosphere.
