After 4 nights in Bilbao, tried to mix it up with some Asian cuisine after a craving of dumplings and noodles started. I’ve never had such a poor experience. Frozen dumplings is bad enough. However, for them to still be cold on the inside when you serve them is just beyond a joke. Everything was too oily. The service was non existent. Just a very poor experience and quality of food. Avoid at all costs no matter how badly you’re craving Chinese food.
Attracted by the relatively high ratings and read some reviews, so decided to head here as it seems a safe option. Also, we just arrived so we don’t want to walk far. However, the dishes we ordered weren’t just up to mark, especially in flavour. Little doubt on the authenticity of the way the cooking was done but it didn’t sit right with what we expected it to be. The robot was the only positive experience.
Dumplings were cold/frozen in the middle. Eggplant wasn’t very oily and not very tasty. Noodles were also subpar and lacking flavour. No condiments unless you ask a few times. I have no idea where these 4-5 stars are coming from. :(
Needed some cooked veg dishes during our 2-week stay in Spain and chanced upon one of the best-rated Chinese restaurant in Bilbao. The dishes were tasty (but I would ask for less oil and salt if I were to return) and service was good. It was also very clean and hygienic, based on what we saw from the customers’ area.
The food was good, and they have a surprisingly large selection of vegetarian options. Good value. They have some tables outside. Would come again.
