Asador Bilbao Brasan

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing food! The octopus tentacle was perfectly cooked, full of flavour, and honestly way bigger than we expected (no complaints there!). My husband demolished a 1.3kg chuletón all by himself—I’m still in shock, but if that doesn’t prove how good it was, nothing will. Great food, great laughs, and we would definitely recommend! If you want to come, either come earlier than normal Spanish dinner time or make a reservation xx

We had a fantastic experience at Asador Bilbao Brasan. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by a warm atmosphere and our waiter, Ian, who delivered service of the highest quality – attentive, knowledgeable, and always with a smile. I had the octopus to start, and it was simply the best I’ve ever tasted – perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. For my main course, I chose the steak, cooked exactly to my preference – juicy, flavorful, and of excellent quality. All in all, it was an experience we can wholeheartedly recommend, both for the food and for Ian’s outstanding service. We are already looking forward to coming back!

The croquetas assortment was very good. Carrilleras was testy though it didn’t quite melt in your mouth as it should. The smallest steak we could get was 1.2kg, came rare and each person can cook it at the table to their liking. This part was awesome and good meat quality.

Came here a few times over two days — the beef 🥩 and seafood were top quality! Loved the light seasoning with raw sea salt, super tasty and surprisingly good.

Decided to try the famous chuleton! Our waiter was amazing! The place is nice casual dining with delicious food and wine. Hac 1.3kg steak with potatoes and padron for 90 euro (feeds easily 2). The prawns were nice but nothing special in terms of flavour. The star of the show was the steak! So so delicious, fatty but not too strong (choose the not so aged one if you dont want heavy gamy flavour). Child friendly!
