Hambueysería Amaren

Maybe the best burger I've ever had! Quality beef, and the medium rare was like eating tartare with a sear on the outside. We ordered the asparagus and mushroom hot starters, and they were both delicious. I would eat artichokes like that everyday if I could! Make a reservation and come!

One of the best burgers I've had. The meat is sumptuous and so satisfying to chew on. Presentation is great. The waiter offers a personal touch to your food. Service is slow but, what can I say, they're a popular restaurant for a good reason.

Really good burgers made from quality meat and presented with interesting little touches. We managed to grab a table in terrace midday and dine with our pup without a wait on a weekday afternoon, but I often hear that it is better to make reservations. While pricier than normal, I really liked the Tudanca burger on top of brioche burger (they give you a choice of which bread you’d like)

Awesome burger in downtown of Bilbao. Amaren is the T-bone steak temple in Bilbao and this place is its Burger restaurant. I tried "Hundred" in Madrid and "Gottan Grill" in Malaga and both are much above this place. I was expecting a bit higher quality, the meat was 10/10 but the bread was cold and so so. There is room to improve.

Just excellent ! You do really need to reserve though. We went about 18.30 and luckily a lovely waiter said that they had one table left. Everyone arrives at 19.30 and many were turned away. The food was so delicious - burgers, chips, desserts and wine. The service was just right. I highly recommend this restaurant.
