La Terrazza
Featured in Guide
La Terrazza in Valencia is a charming spot in Ciutat Vella that feels both relaxed and romantic, especially if you score a sunset seat on their pleasant outdoor terrace. The vibe is casual but intimate, with attentive, friendly staff like Luis and Valeria who add warmth to the experience. Inside, it’s cozy with a quiet buzz — a great place for couples or small groups looking for a laid-back night out without the hectic city noise[1][3]. Food-wise, their Italian-focused menu shines with standout pizzas and fresh pastas, including vegan options that many appreciate for their thoughtful preparation and ingredient quality. Signature dishes like the truffle artichoke ravioli and shrimp risotto come highly recommended, though some say the pizza crust can get soggy if overloaded. Portions are generous and presentation straightforward, delivering good value for mid-range prices around 30 euros for a full meal with drinks[1][3][5]. Avoid expecting quick service during busy times, as a few visitors mention slow or chaotic starts, but the staff usually make up for it with friendliness. La Terrazza’s popularity is boosted by its mix of authentic Italian flavors tailored to local tastes, vegan-friendly choices, and a welcoming atmosphere. It’s frequently praised on social media and local review sites for its consistent quality and the personable nature of its servers. Best to book ahead for sunset dining or weekends to avoid waits. It’s perfect for couples celebrating special occasions or anyone wanting a cozy but lively place with a solid Italian takeaway vibe right in Valencia’s historic heart[1][3][5].

Great little place with vegan options! They also had all the allergens listed. Luis was an excellent server and very friendly. (We visited and joked how we both actually knew a very small town in Chile, South America). It was a good choice, would definitely recommend
Beautiful out door space!! The service was slow at the start, we had 3 different waiters ask for our order and it was a bit chaotic. As for the food, nothing stood out but it was good for pasta. The sangria was devine, super delicious but overall decent place to eat.
Located in the heart of Valencia, this is by far the best Italian experience we had in town ! The vibes were dreamy and romantic, as we dined at sunset, being served by great staff. The pizza was heavenly and so was ravioli. We were able to enjoy a beautiful looking and delicious tasting vegetarian food with impressive aesthetics of the restaurant and charming vintage vibes of Valencia ! Unforgettable and highly recommended.
This was such a perfect dinner to have. Delicious, romantic, and the drinks were perfect 👌🏻 Luis was a super fun waiter and recommended a pasta we loved! Great experience on our anniversary week
Nice place! Pizza was decent, but the crust got too soggy with the sauce and oil combined. Shrimp in the risotto was tasty, though the rice could use a bit more seasoning. Overall, a solid meal!
