Nisch is exactly what its name promises—something truly unique. Their prix fixe menu is a creative and delicious journey through fresh, seasonal ingredients, with every course thoughtfully crafted and beautifully presented. I didn’t opt for the wine pairings this time, but it’s definitely on my list for next visit—they seemed thoughtfully curated and well-loved by nearby diners. The service was warm and attentive without being overbearing. The staff clearly takes pride in both the food and the experience. Every bite was fresh, elevated, and a bit surprising—in the best way. If you’re in Stockholm and looking for a culinary adventure that’s refined yet welcoming, Nisch is it.

This was quite possibly the second best meal I had in my life and the best place to eat in Stockholm, period. The service, and knowledge of food and wine, was unparalleled. If you’re a native or tourist, Nisch needs to be on your Must Eat list.

The food was really good, wine pairing was so good as well. They explained all the details of wines and ingredients of the food. The reason I voted 4 stars to the food was because the portions were small and the wines they served was not much either. Meaning that when we came out, we had to buy food which after spending 4K sek was ridiculous. I would say if they serve 4 main course, then that would actually be a better portion! I also mentioned that it was my guest’s BD and expected that they at least point that out to him but no one did anything or said anything. In conclusion, I would say that the taste of the foods were amazing but not enough.

WOW! Reservations a must. There are two seatings each night and courses are served at the same time. Don’t be late and dress well!( Not stuffy, but jeans and hats would be out of place. )Small, intimate vibe. The menu changes, so check current menu. The service is impeccable. Every dish is described in detail. The wine pairing is perfect. The staff have extensive knowledge of wines. The food was sublime. The service pace is relaxed and perfectly timed. This is definitely an experience worth your time! We left in awe!
