Overall good experience. Stick to Swedish menu items are the safe bet. We ordered tuna and scampi ceviche to share other than the meatball and cured salmon main dishes. Not the right thing with some fried rice noodles on top. Otherwise, service is great and friendly.
The service is friendly and attentive. We made a reservation and were seated quickly at an excellent table. The menu, water and bread and butter arrived very quickly and our host took our order as soon as we were ready. I must point out that the location was not as busy as usual. It was July in Stockholm, when most of its residents are enjoying a trip out of the city. The food came relatively quickly as well and it looked excellent (see photo) and it tasted delicious. The beer menu was limited, but we enjoyed our beers. The atmosphere was very relaxed and it afforded truly engaging conversations. The prices were on the middle to upper end of the scale, but well worth the investment. A very positive experience overall.
Seated quickly without a reservation which we were so grateful for. The service was excellent and the food was very good! We ordered coffees, the omelette of the week, vegetarian hash, steak special of the day, and I tried snails for the first time! Everything was cooked very well and tasted fresh and full of flavor. Highly recommend!! Seems to not be a tourist space yet, but it’s some of the best Swedish food we’ve had yet. A few vegetarian options available!
Many tourists look for Swedish restaurants with lots of reviews to try meatballs, but I want to recommend this place. The best restaurant is really the one where the locals go.
Really nice food. Loved the schnitzel! Not sure about the service.
