Jinx Food Truck

Food was really good. I had the pork buns and the thaicos. The pork meat was in the perfect texture and taste for both dishes. The buns were amazing. Disclosure: it comes with a lot of cilantro; so be aware if that if you dont like it. Price is cheap compared to other trucks.

Came here specifically for the pork bun on Friday 23 May 2025. It was so delicious. The pork was tender and soft…love it. Came back on Saturday 24 May 2025 for the pork bun again 😀

AMAZING! We got the vegan bao buns and the vegan kimchi fries, oh my gosh it was so delicious! For a small van cracking out food like that, absolute must if you're vegan some of the best food we ate in Gothenburg!

This place is doing everything right. The food is outstanding. We had the pork buns and the vegan buns and would have them again every day! The service is unique, memorable and just plain fun. Such a friendly bunch. I would seriously go back to Gothenburg just for this food truck!

Had an amazing experience at Jinx Food Truck! My wife and I savored the perfect and delicious Pork Buns. The flavors left us so impressed that we forgot to directly express our appreciation :)) A must-try! We're definitely coming back for Thaicos
