Probably the best beef restaurant in Göteborg? Great selection of high quality beef (no poultry or pork at our visit), one fish dish. All sampled side dishes where superb, make sure to try the truffle stewed cabbage. Great wine selection. It is on the pricier side, but well worth a visit.
Restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. We went for dinner at it was full, so booking in advance is recommended. The meat is good, we had the Entrecôte which had the smoky flavor from the chard, so if you don’t like that crust is better to get other cut of meat. We decided to indulge ourselves with 150gr of Japanese Wagyu, which was delicious, perfectly cooked, it melts in your mouth. As starter we had carpaccio, I really enjoyed the sesame seeds on it but I could have done with less wasabi. We heard that the Crème brûlée was the best dessert so we went for it. It was good, the caramel crust was thick and tasty, the crème itself I felt would have benefit of a soft lemon or orange touch for contrast. Service was great. Overall a good experience.
Wonderful meal for two, with perfectly grilled entrecote (ribeye) and a melt-in-your-mouth perfect strip of A5 wagyu sirloin from Kagoshima. All we hoped for and more. The desserts (the "chocolate with chocolate and chocolate" and rhubarb with pannacotta) were delicious. Service was friendly and prompt.
This is the type of restaurant where it feels like for Royalty 🤣 The food is the best wagyu and meat i ever had kinda pricey but extremely delicious and tasty - After dinner absolutely annihilated my steak
We visited meet on a Friday evening. The restaurant was almost full so a reservation is recommended to do beforehand. The service, food and drinks were excellent. Before we got our starters we got served a small soup consisting of carrot and ginger which was amazing aswell, and a nice treat in the cold January night. Definitely worth a visit and we will make sure to visit the restaurant again.
