If you only have one chance to have a supper in Gothenburg, then it must be there: absolutely delicious dishes, from the snacks to the sweet, made in front of you, they know their products and they know how to mixed them to make you drop your fork and say “OMG, it’s soooo goooood”. The people serving also know their job to the perfection, and are super nice, given a lot of information about the dishes and the cooking tradition in Sweden. It was a pleasure and we’ll remember it for a long time, for sure!

From the interior to the food and service - everything was just perfect. Sandra made us feel very welcome in our everyday clothes. Thanks to her and the rest of the staff, we had an amazing evening. I totally agree to previous reviews - if you can eat in just one place on Gothenburg, go here!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and could not have picked a better restaurant to do so. The dishes were wonderfully flavorful paired with an expertly matched wine. The atmosphere was relaxing with a thoughtfully selected playlist the enhance the dining experience. The interior design clean and simple elegantly executed. The staff extremely professional meanwhile still maintaining a laidback and welcoming vibe. A must visit for those who appreciate both luxury and relaxed comfort.

We came here to celebrate my birthday, just my wife and I. We received a warm welcome, and the waiter took the time to explain the menu to us in detail, providing interesting background information. Despite the place reopening to customers after the pandemic in 2021, they seemed incredibly experienced. I opted for the Menu Grande, while my wife chose the Vegetarian Small Menu. Both of us decided to have beverage pairings with our meals. We were delighted to see the chefs preparing our food within view of our table, adding an exciting element to our dining experience. The snacks were light yet bursting with flavor in every bite. The seafood was cooked to perfection, although the torsk was a tad acidic for my liking. However, the langoustine and mussels with asparagus were exceptional. My personal favorites were the duck dish from Skåne and the rygbiff. I particularly enjoyed the crunchy texture of the plates, especially with the addition of pistachios in the duck dish. For dessert, we were treated to a refreshing dish with just the right balance of sweetness and Swedish flair, perfectly described as 'lagom.' Regarding the beverage pairing, most of the glasses were excellent choices, though one red wine from Sicily didn't quite hit the mark. Overall, the experience was exceptional. After two years in Sweden, this was undoubtedly one of the best dining experiences we've had. A heartfelt thanks to all the staff who hosted us that night—we're already looking forward to our next visit.

An absolute gem of a place and the service is top notch as well. The Grande menu was super good and service was timed really well. Every dish was delicately made and tasted really good to the last bite. I would definitely recommend the restaurant and the experience at Human.
