One of the best fondue experiences I’ve ever had! I had the pleasure of dining at Auberge de Savièse during my stay in Geneva, and everything about this place was absolutely outstanding. We ordered the traditional Swiss fondue, and it was simply delicious — creamy, rich, and full of flavor. You can really tell they use high-quality cheese and authentic recipes. The portion was generous and perfect for sharing. A special mention to Emmanuel, who was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the entire evening. He made us feel genuinely welcome and ensured that everything went smoothly. His warm attitude and helpfulness added a personal touch that made the whole experience even more memorable. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy, rustic, and truly authentic — like a little Alpine escape in the heart of Geneva. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy traditional Swiss cuisine. Highly recommended for anyone looking to taste real Swiss flavors and enjoy outstanding hospitality. I’ll definitely be back on my next visit to Geneva!

Charming, traditional Swiss restaurant with authentic fondue. I dined solo and appreciated that they served and charged me for just one portion — very thoughtful! The fondue itself is rich and flavorful, though adding a simple vegetable like broccoli would make it more balanced. The bread for dipping is standard but good quality. The location is a bit tricky to find, even with Google Maps or Waze — I ended up wandering for about 30 minutes and had to check with nearby hotels. Make a reservation ahead of time; the restaurant fills up quickly, especially after 12:30. Atmosphere is cute and cozy, very traditionally Swiss in decor, though the music was all American pop, which felt out of place — traditional Swiss or French tunes might enhance the experience. Overall, a great one-time experience. I’m glad I went, but I wouldn’t make it a regular stop. Perfect for a unique solo dining experience or to check off your Swiss fondue list!

It is by no doubt a gem in Geneva. We tried the Raclette and it is absolutely an authentic experience. I noticed the guests of the adjacent table chose the Fondue and it is equally impressive. The surprise after all is their dessert. Not only it looks exciting but it also tastes wonderful.

My second visit to this restaurant. I booked for 9.30 pm but I arrived hungry and very early 🤣 they offered me a table on the spot. The fondue (half half ) is always great. Thanks for the service !!

This was a wonderful experience. You’ve got to do authentic fondue when in Switzerland, and this place did not disappoint. Food was fresh, plentiful, and delicious. Not overrun with tourists, but many locals, so you know it’s good.
