Melrose Kitchen - Bergues

Found this place by searching the area and thought we’d give it a try for breakfast. So glad we did. At first went “oops” as nowhere to sit. It’s not that kind of cafe but a couple of minutes away is a great little park that looks out onto Mont Blanc bridge which is where we had breakfast. Ordered the - The OG (Acai bowl) and Avocado Toast with egg plus coffees. The best coffee we found in Geneva. The Avocado toast was incredible and the Açai bowl hit the spot. If you’re travelling or just looking for a good quality, healthy breakfast, then this is definitely the place to get it. Very reasonably priced. Staff were great. Tap and go only.

Highly recommend this place for vegans! I had the açai bowl and loved the fact that there were a lot of toppings. The chocolate cookie was excellent and the banana cake was very good. Avocado toast was amazing! All of these were vegan. The 3 stars for the atmosphere is because there was no place to sit. There was a nice spot to sit by the river though. The match latte was also very good.

Very tasty bowl, nice place, a bit noisy but still a very good brunch place. Perfect quality/quantity.

Very sweet place, right by the lake. Lots of breakfast and lunch options which all sound amazing. We ordered a costume porridge and açai bowls, at first we thought the porridge bowl was rather small but it was super filling! They were both delicious. We also ordered a vanilla matcha latte and loved it. The service is great, the workers are super kind and you can tell everything is fresh and great quality.

The cafe looked very nice in the inside, employees were very sweet and lastly, the coffee here is the best. Best rose latte I've ever had in my life.
