From the moment we stepped into Fiskebar, we knew we were in for something special. The experience far exceeded our expectations. We chose the signature tasting menu, and each course was a masterpiece. The flavours were refined and inventive, beautifully presented, and perfectly balanced. It was a journey through Nordic-inspired cuisine that delighted all the senses. What truly elevated the evening was the impeccable service. Our server, Clement, was outstanding. He was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food and wine pairings. His warm and professional presence made the experience even more memorable. The ambiance, culinary artistry, and personalized service made this one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Geneva who appreciates fine dining done right.
What a fantastic experience. Chef Francesca’s fusion menu of Mediterranean and North European flavours is delicious. Great menu. First class service and a stylish laid back ambience. I will definitely be back.
Really amazing creative food by a superior and very creative chef - the cod gnocchi dish was incredible in particular. The three small appetizers to start were very creative and tasty. The bread and butter were exceptional. The steak portion was very stingy (given the very high price) but the asparagus was good. The Rhône wine by the glass was excellent. The cheeses on the cheese plate were very bland and all tasted the same, but overall the food was excellent. Very strange and incredibly rude experience sitting down where we had agreed on a table but the person told us we had to sit elsewhere. We were so upset we were going to leave but we couldn’t find another place. Otherwise the service was very good but they lose a star for this.
I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of the restaurant Fiskebar in Geneva. The female chef is doing wonders with so many delicious dishes. Will go back soon.
Some of the most unique cocktails I’ve ever had. Not to mention too notch bar snacks that came out with the drinks for free. And if you stay for dinner you won’t be disappointed with the fresh fish options, lobster roll or with another unique creation. Definitely recommend for a top tier bar vibe.
