Amazing and super friendly service, the staff lady which I believe is the manager/owner of some sorts. Super welcoming, make us felt like home. Friendly conversations, help us with orders and explain to us how it works etc. Super attentive Food is amazing, especially at that price. Their dessert is to die for, just order one each. So be prepare to roll out from the restaurant like we did.
We had lunch at the outside seating area, and you get a good view of Place du Bourg De Four. It is a casual dining so don’t expect a fancy restaurant. Service was good and prompt. They seemed a bit short handed for the lunch on Saturday but the staff was still attentive and friendly. Good was served fairly quickly, about 10 minutes after we ordered. The chicken was good and succulent. The prices are reasonable. If I have to complain, it has to be the fact that you have to pay CHF 3 for the sauces which you can see in the menu. Overall a great place for a reasonably priced meal.
Chez Ma Cousine in Geneva’s Old Town is a cozy, no-frills spot that delivers comfort food at its best. Their specialty is a half rotisserie chicken served with crispy wedges and a fresh salad, all for just CHF 14.90—a rare find in Geneva. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with friendly staff who make you feel right at home. It’s a perfect place for a satisfying, budget-friendly meal in the heart of the city.
Delicious food, generous portions, and very very friendly service! This place has an authentic feel and offers great value for money. The famous roast chicken really lives up to the hype, simple, tasty, and satisfying. A lovely spot if you’re looking for something casual, local, and full of flavor.
We were staying in a hotel across the road and landed quite late so this place was exactly what we needed when hungry and not sure where to eat in a new city etc. When we arrived our waiter was very welcoming and friendly and explained the menu to us in English (we apologise for not being able to speak French! 🙈) Food was promptly served… a simple concept - rotisserie chicken and chips with classic sauce, but it was so tasty and satisfying. Salad was delicious and fresh and the dessert topped everything off (we shared the chocolate fondant). Nothing to dislike, thank you ☺️
