We had a wonderful lunch here on July 26th. We initially tried to have dinner at the restaurant the night before but they were fully booked and the ladies at the front asked if we would like to book in for the following day to which we agreed. We were not disappointed. We had the Bone marrow for our starters which was just amazing. The mains were also fantastic and were well present. The brasserie tends to get very busy but their staff are excellent. They do not fold under the pressure. A very pleasurable dining experience which deserves a repeat.

Sadly, the mussels spoiled an otherwise good meal. A real shame, as I was looking forward to them. Given the unacceptably poor quality of the main (which I didn’t finish) I can’t give more than a 2 based on this experience. Negatives: Mussels: I ordered the large pot. While the sauce was tasty (perfect for dipping bread) the quality of the mussels was very poor. Many were extremely small, some no larger than a pea, which meant there was little flavour or texture to enjoy. The sauce and accompanying vegetables ended up overpowering what little mussel meat there was. Positives: Atmosphere: The restaurant had a lovely, warm ambiance (neither too noisy nor too quiet). Indoor seating was cozy, and there’s also outdoor seating available, weather permitting. Service: My waiter was very friendly and attentive. He had a lovely personality and you could tell he cared. However, I would have appreciated a small gesture of goodwill, especially since the muscles were very poor quality. If you order something else I’m sure you’ll have a good experience Beef Tartare: This was a standout dish - flavorful, well-prepared, and something I’d definitely recommend.

This place is a must-visit. Always bustling with people, the service, food and atmosphere is top notch. There were a bunch of us so I got to try the bone marrow, the artichoke, the steamed cod, the sausage and sauerkraut, the mussels, the scallops and the crème brûlée.

We were very happy with the moules frites. We didnt think they were too small, apparently it’s a different kind of moules, which are a smaller. The broth was delicious. The fries were very tasty aswell. I espetially enjoyed the bone marrow. It was delicous! The Service was kind and and skilled. Definatly recommended.

My economics teacher told me this place was of low quality as it is an extension of the Paris one. HE LIED. This place has such great quality products the first time we went we literally had to come back the next week. The variety is just beautiful and really likeable. The bone marrow, the poulpe, the Berber chicken, the soups, the souris d’agneau, I mean come on… it’s really good. The classics are really respected. Loved it ! The wine selection too.Such lovely service as well, the bald older server with glasses was a delight and particularly sweet when I was with somebody who didn’t care what I said, he did ! Ahah no but go ahead. I found that it has such a different vibe at night than at the evening. It’s really chilled at lunch but at dinner it has this luxurious ambiance that I just enjoy so much.
