Zum Königstuhl - Schweizer Restaurant in Zürich Niederdorf

Had a wonderful evening here! We loved the classic cheese fondue, as well as the one with truffle! Overall great quality food and service. Andressa was very attentive and friendly. We surely enjoyed this fondue experience!

We visited for dinner last night, and had a lovely experience. Victor from Moldova was our server, and he really made our time there special. He is a lovely person and I highly recommend trying to be seated in his section. We had the truffle fondu, which was nice. I also had the veal schnitzel, which I really liked and I’m not really a schnitzel guy. I think my favourite part of the meal was this lovely local white wine, which I highly recommend ordering. It’s well priced and they give generous pours!

We came from Vancouver, BC, Canada for the truffle fondue and it did not disappoint! We also had another one made with the traditional cheese of Switzerland however I cannot recall the name. It was recommended by our lovely server and it was delicious! If you are in Zurich, this beautiful restaurant is a must try!

I wanted to try the Zürcher Geschnetzeltes. The mushroom sauce was very tastfull and the veal soft. Andressa served me and was nice. It is pricy if you are not from Zwitserland. The bill was 74 CHF for 1 person

Food is excellent. Recommend the fondue most definitely and any of the Schnitzels. I had the veal. Service was very good and the staff were very accommodating. Only thing is I wish I knew how much I was expected to spend.
