They offer a wide selection of beef tartare, which made it hard to choose! Since I don’t speak French, I really appreciated how patient the staff was in explaining the differences in English. I went with the tartare of the month, which was served with butter, bread, and potatoes. The whipped butter was so delicious that I ended up asking for two extra small plates of it! The beef tartare didn’t taste overly raw and paired perfectly with the bread and butter. I also tried the dessert, which was a mix of several different treats—great for sampling everything. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Neuchâtel!

The tartares were great and the waiters are quite friendly. They have a super spicy (SUPER spicy) sauce if you want to try. The wait for the food was a bit long.
