Genuine creative traditional greek flavors for the vegan gouteur The music felt like it's our spotify playing (r&b, neo - soul) and the design especially the plates and dishes were stylish and unique. We had appetizers and main courses, soft drinks and aperitif. Everything was delicious and satisfying! Worth every cent. Feels like the main reason to visit the city just to be in this restaurant. The staff is welcoming, with outstanding english and friendly smiles. We were there with a baby, wasn't a problem. Thank you rOOTS for this wonderful experience! Highly recommend!!

What an Amazing vegan find. So good I ate here 3 times in 5 days. Everything I tried was fantastic. The staff were polite and the place is tiny but quaint. I had: Vegan gyros - great portion, sauces were delicious, good ratio of bread to vegan chicken Chestnuts and mushrooms - so flavourful! Unlike anything I’ve had before but really recommend. Slightly less filling than the gyros, which I did on purpose so I would have room for dessert. Roots burger - exactly what I wanted by the end of the week. Lovely texture, fresh salad and served with barbecue sauce!!! Fries were huge, crisp and deliciously seasoned. Cheesecake - oh my gosh this was good but a huge portion. I definitely think the desserts are meant to be shared but I did my best because it was so creamy! Served with dried raspberries and passion fruit as a great accompaniment to offset the sweet Cremaux - Again, huge portion but so delicious. Great chocolate flavour with flaky salt and mango sorbet to add to the flavours. Such a perfect way to finish a meal 1000% recommend eating here.

I had the vegan gyros at Roots and it was amazing! Everything is homemade — the vegan tzatziki, the gyro “meat,” the pitas — and you can really taste the care they put into it. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and it felt like a very satisfying and wholesome meal. If I had to mention one thing, I’d just say I wished there were a few more potatoes (only got 3–4), but that’s just me being picky. 😄 Lovely staff, cozy atmosphere — overall a great spot for vegan food in Thessaloniki!

The food is outstanding, so much so that we ate here two nights in the trot! The vegan chef is very talented. We really enjoyed the vegan gyros, vegan burger, Gyoza and raspberry cheesecake. Huge well done to the team for putting together an excellent vegan menu. Highly recommend ❤️

Vegan heaven in Thessaloniki. We sat on the patio, so I can‘t say much in the way of the interiors, but the food, the service and the drinks were outstanding - we even went back a second time during our stay. Highly recommend this gem!
