Absolutely fantastic experience at Haidilao Hot Pot Birmingham! I came with my wife and son, and everything was perfect - fresh ngredients, tasty broths and excellent service. It was my son's birthday and the staff went above and beyond: they surprised him with а fruit salad and candle, sang а birthday song and even gave him а gift. Не was so happy! А special thanks to our waiter, Miracle - truly outstanding: kind, attentive and full of positive energy. Не made our evening unforgettable. We left with big smiles - highly recommend this place and we'll definitely Ье back!

Went there recently to celebrate my son's graduation. I have been to China many times and have to say, the Hot pot was pretty authentic. Tasty and a good heat. A few options like duck blood was missing... But a great evening location. A very chilled night. Great service and no one in a rush to move us on even though it was a Friday evening.

On a trip to Birmingham, decided to try out something new and went to this Hot Pot restaurant just outside the Bullring. Was greeted most enthusiastically at the door by the hostess and this continued throughout the meal. Ordered from the provided electronic tablet and was soon presented with the broth and the various ingredients that you then add yourself to cook within the broth. The two different broths we chose were tasty and all the produce to add was of really good quality. There is a sauce bar where you can mix your own dipping sauces with guides on what to add for the required taste, which is a great idea. Food is part served by a robot serving machine, which travels up and down the restaurant. Great experience and great food. Would like to return again to try out other elements of the menu.

Didn’t know they have halal options! The lamb and chicken were halal when I went there. Service is amazing as always and food is super high quality! Really enjoyed it and will definitely come back for more :) We got the buffet for dinner and it was around £38.99

We visited this restaurant randomly for hotpot for the very first time, and it was a fantastic experience. The ingredients were fresh, the broth was rich and tasty, and there was a wide variety of meats, seafood, and vegetables to choose from. A big thank you to Leo, who helped me a lot with the menu and guided me through the whole process since it was my first time. He was patient, friendly, and made everything so much easier to enjoy. The service and atmosphere were excellent, and I’d definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try authentic hotpot
