Always a good Chinese fast food which is budget friendly and good to eat whenever you crave for Chinese fast food.. The meal deal option is good.. The new variant of chicken sides are good as well...

First experience of this place, food was lovely, good mix of choices. Nice, chilled environment with friendly staff.

I had a disappointing experience at Chopstix recently. The staff member I interacted with was rude and disrespectful, which really soured the whole visit. On top of that, they weren't even wearing a uniform, which made the whole situation feel unprofessional. Customer service should be a priority, and unfortunately, this staff member didn’t meet those expectations at all. Wouldn’t recommend if you're looking for a pleasant dining experience.

We visited Bristol and decided to try Chopstix – and we weren’t disappointed! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome, giving us plenty of time to choose our meals and explaining the options with patience. The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every bite was full of flavor, and the experience as a whole was fantastic. The staff were lovely, friendly, and incredibly helpful. We will definitely be coming back next time we visit Bristol!

These lot can not get an order correct! Egg Fried Rice never has any egg in it, I ordered Katsu Curry Chicken and I received plain fried chicken. Worst store ever, Not ordering from here again.
