gorgeous food. came on first table, such fast service, food piping hot and delicious. has already decided we’d be back after the starters!! chicken wings were the best we’ve ever had, lovely chargrilled flavour. staff are lovely and attentive too - our server was sunny!

A friend and I booked a table via First Table. Neither had been here before and we were blown away! Firstly, the decor is incredible, gorgeous lighting and everything looks so beautiful. Service with a smile and full introduction to the menu, given some recommendations to complement our tastes. The food was so well presented and pretty on the plate and the tastes were out of this world. I can’t believe this restaurant is facing hardships - people need to go and try it, you’ll love it as much as we did! Can’t wait to go back again and try other dishes on the menu. There wasn’t one we disliked so we’re sure to be amazed again. This place is a gem!

My family and I had a wonderful dining experience at The Haveli The Yard! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance is stylish yet comfortable, making it a perfect spot for both family gatherings and special occasions. The food was absolutely fantastic rich in flavour, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. We especially enjoyed the "butter chicken, garlic naan, and lamb biryani" which were all cooked to perfection. The spice levels were just right, and the portions were generous without being overwhelming. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It's clear that a lot of passion and attention to detail goes into everything they do. We’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend The Haveli The Yard to anyone looking for authentic and delicious Indian cuisine.

Our second First Table visit. The food here is beautiful. I just don’t know how they manage to serve lamb without a single trace of fat! Amazing. We were a bit disappointed about the number of menu exclusions for First Table diners. I think a surcharge rather than full price on those items would be better. We wanted the lamb chops for starters as we had those last time and loved them. They are only 30p more than the general £6.95 of the other starters; yet were excluded. On the plus side it did mean we discovered the mini-kebabs…oh boy were they tasty!

Service was very prompt and food all came out delicious - even better than we expected. Cocktails were also great and affordable during happy hour! Best place for Indian cuisine in Bristol that we have tried yet. Will come again!
