Great spot on a map. Brilliant service, incredible one! I have ordered few stuff. In general all good. Greens in my sea bass dish were not amusing. I would say pretty bad. The rest from simple olives to drinks all brilliant. Great cheese selection, whisky choice etc was really incredible, nothing commercial, very thoughtful. Staff very knowledgeable and informed. 100% positive in general

Me and a friend had the haggis and did the whiskey tour run here with Ben (William?). The food was fantastic. The stories and whiskey selection were also brilliant and entertaining. Their tasting room has a lovely atmosphere and the range of whiskey's covered a wide range of the notes of Scotland.

This place is an absolute gem! Our meals were delicious. Generous portions. Excellent quality. Service was fantastic, staff very friendly. Nice atmosphere. We ordered the bread and dips to start, followed by the rib eye, scotch egg and 2 glasses of wine. Best to make a booking. Highly recommend!!

Sea bass and venison were excellent. Stuffed peppers were a fantastic vegetarian option. We finished the meal with a scotch flight tasting. Each whisky was well-explained and we had a good time comparing tasting notes. Prices were quite reasonable for being just off the Royal Mile.

The best Scotch egg that I have had in Edinburgh! Been here twice especially for this dish, recommended by ChatGPT . The dining experience are great and never let me down. Definitely will come next time when we visit this beautiful city!
