Gōst Bar & Restaurant

Amy was an absolute delight and made us feel incredibly comfortable at Gōst! The food is great value for money and we will most certainly be returning! Thank you for the great dining experience, from service to the food to the ambiance, everything was superb! And once again a very big thank you to Amy!

We had the oysters, scallops, rib eye and two cocktails. The drinks were amazing. We had the herb and garlic butter with our steak and it was quite tasty. The staff were super friendly.

Food was incredible, staff was beyond lovely, and our head waiter Andrew went above and beyond to make our dinner feel extra special! Absolutely recommend, especially for your next anniversary or big event. If/when we visit Glasgow again, we will most definitely be coming back!

Yes we went into Gost with some high expectations, but what we didn't know is how strong their seafood game was in comparison to their exceptionally strong steak one. Yes both the steaks we tried were premium with a capital P, but those plates of seafood absolutely floored us down to the seabed. This place maybe be pricey; but, given that this is in the heart of Glasgow city centre, and in light of the quality of their ingredients, the talent of the chefs, and the ambience of the restaurant itself, we can ensure you that every penny will be well spent. Needless to say, there's going to be a number of food and drink items here that'll most likely be shortlisted for our end of year awards in December. In the meantime, we'd strongly encourage Gost being somewhere close towards the top of your list of restaurants to visit when in Glasgow. Andrew our server/bartender/host was fantastic! We were out for a date night and he made our night. Had the oysters, steak, and hamburgers that all tasted unbelievable. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable on the menu and drinks! He is really a mixologist, ask him to make an off menu drink that taste good and he will blow your mind!
