We really enjoyed our visit to the Cosy Club. The decor is interesting and atmospheric. Service is very good and the food was lovely. I tried the Chorizo Hash. This was the most unusual breakfast I had ever had but it was very tasty! My wife had sourdough toast which was the polar opposite to what I got but she loved it. The coffee is really good too. We will be revisiting very soon!
The restaurant was nicely decorated. The food was just OK, the fish fillet and sauce was good but the steak was very tough and difficult to chew! It felt veiny and the food just ruined the nice atmosphere the restaurant had. The service was slacking, place was very empty but still no one to bring you to your table despite the “wait to be seated” sign. As we tried to get our own seats, finally did they mind and stopped us from grabbing our own seats. They made us wait next to a sea of empty tables, then they left to handle some other dishes before finally seating us. We did not feel respected at all. But it was fine, we came for the pictures and never coming back here again.
Really enjoyed this spot for brunch! We came in without a reservation as a party of 6 and they were happy to serve us on the lounge chairs. Overall the design of the space is unique and gorgeous, and serves well for brunch and evening cocktails. Don’t miss out on this one on your next visit to Liverpool!
Stopped in later evening on a Friday, fairly quiet night. Gentleman who greeted us seemed a bit disinterested but not rude. Our server was polite enough, but it felt a bit forced and brusque, as more time was spent chatting with others tables. Our food was out quickly and correct, quite delicious. The buttermilk chicken and broccoli small plates were our favorites. Both of our children were happy with their meals as well. Beautiful decor inside and great food, acceptable service that never really felt genuine or welcoming from any of the staff.
It's a very well situated place in the centre of liverpool, we went there for dinner and also had some coctails. And I have to say that it was really good but the best of this restaurant was the waitress Vincienza. She was tremendously attentive and kind with us during the time we stayed there. Honestly we could feel as we were at home. We loved the deco and music, also we could enjoy a relax moment after dinner in the comfy couches having some drinks.
