Spire

A very delicious 3 course meal we had at Spire.lunch menu was £33 for 3 courses. Everything from starter to dessert was spot on and well presented. When you taste the dishes you can tell it’s been prepared with great care and love. All dishes were well balanced. We ordered duck and pork belly for starters, lamb (£6supplement) and chicken for mains and strawberry and meringue cheesecake and biscoff chocolate torte for desserts!

Visited recently for a special evening out. Had been recommended by a friend and it really fulfilled my expectations. The decor inside was lovely and it was very busy despite it being a Wednesday so I would definitely recommend booking. Had a fabulous starter of king scallops accompanied by a glass of prosecco and a main of beef wellington. Both courses were delicious though I did wish at the price my starter was larger. Decent wine menu and a few items at the lower price point. Disappointed that the additional vegetables took a while to arrive with the main but I'd put that down to how busy the restaurant was. I really enjoyed the meal but definitely one for a special occasion as it is pricey. Also only having one vegetarian starter and main on their a la carte menu really isn't good enough. Should be at least two on both sections.

A fantastic find. The food was delicious. Such good value for what we paid. I would have happily paid another tenner a head for our meals. Good wine selection too. I can't recommend it enough. The waitress was also lovely. My only slight criticism is that it looked closed when we drove past looking to park. We nearly didn't go in. We could have missed a treat. Thank you!

Absolutely delicious food! Service very professional and actually very reasonably priced for a fine dining place. Atmosphere was very relaxed. Loved the place and food.

We spent a wonderful evening in family. The first time with our kid. Tasty wine and delicious food, with the company of my loved ones in a cosy atmosphere. I would highly recommend booking your table in advance, just in case, as it can fill up very quickly through the evening.
