Absolutely lovely restaurant. Me and hubby had our 3rd anniversary meal here yesterday. It was our first visit to Liverpool and we picked a restaurant close to our hotel. So glad we booked, from the start the staff were attentive and friendly. Had a little note to mark our anniversary, free glass of frizz. Food was lovely, loved the favours. Staff advised us from the start, food came out at different times, which we loved. It has a tapas feel to it. We will definitely be coming back when we visit Liverpool again.

We visited Bacaro and were really impressed! From the fish menu, we tried the smoked salmon it came on a crispy potato rösti, almost like a Belarusian draniki, with a delicious sauce on top. It wasn’t a steak-style dish, but so tasty and perfectly balanced. From the meat options, we had the pasta ragù hearty, rich, and full of flavor. And the potato pizzetta was a real surprise , unusual, but absolutely delicious! A special thank you to the staff for their kindness and patience with our English, it made the whole experience even better. And one more thing: if you love flat whites, this place is a must-visit. I tried a few coffees in Liverpool over two days, and this one was definitely among the best. Trust me ,I never have less than two cups of coffee a day :)

Absolutely stunning food at Bacaro in Liverpool! They were highly recommended from a friend who is from Liverpool and we just had to make a reservation! We had the lunch menu and everything was delicious! Some food highlights: 🍋 The casarecce pasta with peas, lemon & thyme butter and pecorino was sensational, buttery and lemony! Just perfect 🌶 The pepperoni, nduja, mozzarella and chilli honey pizzette had just the right kick of heat to it and with soft and fluffy dough. 🧆 The buttermilk chicken Milanese with parmesan dressing, rocket and balsamic was perfectly crispy, loaded with parmesan and the dressing was delicious! Overall, VERY tasty food, friendly and attentive staff members and it was nice and busy which is always a good sign! Keep it up!

Amazing small plates but the service was the highlight, second to none from our waiter Ikaro. Confit potato pizza, duck pasta and king scallop were our highlights. £80 total for 3 starters, 3 mains and a bottle of red inc. service. Can’t ask for anything more, will be back!

We booked a table on the recommendation of a friend who lives in the city. We all enjoyed the food choices and ordered some dishes to share Good service from a friendly team of front of house staff. Nicely presented dishes and everything an arrived in a timely order allowing us to try each dish before the next one arrived. Highly recommended
