Perfect spot to unwind, recharge, or work on the go Dropped into the bar at Malmaison Liverpool for a quiet cup of Yorkshire tea and ended up staying longer than planned — the vibe is that good. Beautiful, stylish space with natural light pouring in, relaxed music, and super friendly staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Ideal spot for some focused remote work or a casual catch-up. The waterfront location is hard to beat, and the menu looks incredible — already planning my return visit to try it properly.

We spent a gorgeous Saturday afternoon dining on their terrace . Lovely views across the docks with shaded and heated seating areas . The steaks we ordered were AMAZING! We went for a t bone and a new York strop. Both were cooked perfectly! We shared a bottle of their house red which was smooth and very palatable ! Great Service , family , pram, wheelchair friendly

Stayed for one night. The room was clean, we paid extra for the view, however there was a faint smell of cooking on the towels and bath robes. The air con did not cool the room at all and it was quite warm, so not a good nights sleep at all. Disappointing also that the bed was only a double size. The evening meal was fresh and hot, we were welcomed by Michael, so friendly and very attentive not just to ourselves but those around us too. My partner had a lamb dish with new potatoes, which he thoroughly enjoyed, I’m fussy so had a burger/fries which was very good. We opted for a pudding and they were good too. The following morning we had our breakfast and only waited minutes to be seated, again the staff were friendly and busy. There’s plenty to choose from for everybody. Now for the drinks. We sat outside after some site seeing, the drinks were two different costs each time. Strangely there was a sign outside which stated a much cheaper rate however we were charged more. Check first as this is not great from this hotel. Would I stay again, yes, but I’d make sure the air con was working properly, the bed was at least a king and the rates from the bar adhered to.

PERF ! Everything was PERF! I’ve never had an afternoon tea like this and it was amazing !!!! Shoutout to Michael! Fantastic service genuine praise for him ☺️☺️☺️ made us feel so special. And shoutout to Emma W aswell! Lovely service too! Definitely recommend coming and will be back very soon

We had a fantastic meal, I had the lamb and my partner had the steak, both cooked to perfection. From start to finish, the experience was wonderful, great service, lovely atmosphere, and beautifully presented dishes. Highly recommend!
