Six by Nico Spring Gardens

An amazing experience at Six by Nico (Spring Gardens, Manchester). Every dish was explained well by staff and every one very different from the next. Good immersive sections that made this experience very unique and fun. Service was very good, staff knowledgeable and attentive without fussing - could chat easily with a touch of humour when required. The surprise course was a nice touch and went very well with the aperitif - very well thought out. Food was just the right amount, satisfied but not too full. Our favourites were the edible oyster and the egg with the clay baked potato. We would love to return for a different experience in the future.

The 10 course Space menu with wine flight was amazing! Six by Nico never disappoints - the theatre was upped by levitating dish and sensory enhancement of blindfold and ear phones for Black hole dish! Enjoyed the experience and food very much - and definitely recommend! One slight issue was the delay of serving between courses but the staff were providing 3 similar but slightly varying menus so there was a longer than normal break between each course! Unusual for Six as I have dined here many times before without the delays! But the staff still delivered in their warm and knowledgeable way! And it definitely is not one to miss! Such creation at such reasonable prices - still amazes me!

We had a great meal for the Mad Hatter’s Experience. Wonderful from start to finish. And non-alcoholic cocktails for me ❤️ We’ve been a number of times, including for celebrations. Each time we get great service & this last one was probably the best. Thanks Francis 😊

Our experience at Six by Nico was magical from beginning to end. The staff were all welcoming and friendly, each taking the time with us to explain each course, always with a smile. My compliments to the chef as the food was outstanding, each plate perfectly presented, full of flavour, and faultless. Had an amazing time and we've booked again to take family to experience the next menu.

We have been coming regularly to six by Nico at spring gardens since 2022 and it is definitely our favourite restaurant. We haven’t been for the last few menus but booked for Space and it was pardon the pun “out of this world” a really great menu and the wine pairings as always were spot on. If you want a special meal that is out of the ordinary with fantastic flavours I would personally recommend this restaurant.
