Hawksmoor Manchester

Myself and my family had lunch here today for my brother’s birthday and it was fantastic! From start to finish the whole experience was amazing and one of the best meals I’ve had for a while. We all went with the set lunch menu at £26 for three courses and I couldn’t fault it, every course was delicious. Our server Amber was so kind, friendly and attentive, she really made our dining experience that much better, even going so far as to notice that none of us were drinking alcohol and then brought my brother over a non alcoholic cocktail on the house for his birthday. Such a great experience and we will certainly be back !

I had dinner at Hawksmoor Manchester on a weekday evening and was impressed to see how busy it already was. The space itself is large and beautifully designed, with warm, dim lighting that gives it a stylish but welcoming feel. The atmosphere was lively, with a good buzz around the room. We ordered the Porterhouse, and I have to say the fillet side was excellent - tender, juicy, and cooked exactly to the doneness I like. The ribeye was also enjoyable, though not quite as memorable. The bone marrow, while rich and flavorful, leaned a bit too much on the salty side for me. In terms of quality, the steaks here can stand alongside some of the better-known spots in New York, though perhaps not quite at the level of the very top steakhouses there. Still, it's an impressive offering for Manchester, and definitely worth visiting if you're a steak lover.

Excellent service - big shout out to Omari in the Manchester branch who provided us with some incredible drinks recommendations, as well as Georgina and Carmen; they were all incredibly attentive and went out of their way to make my husband’s birthday visit so special! We ordered the prime rib - which was moreish and excellent, all the sides were also so delicious! Cocktails were truly some of the best we’ve had. Our visit overall was a 10/10 - we had such a great time and cannot wait to visit again! Would highly recommend ✨

Lovely food and the staff were really welcoming. Would definitely visit again. It was my first visit a birthday treat and I can't wait to visit again. They do promotions on certain days so check that out too.

Hawksmoor Deansgate gave my son and me an evening we’ll never forget. Juan, our superb Spanish server, was warm, attentive, and full of charm, while Pete was brilliant as always (even with his love for United!). A thoughtful, unexpected gesture at the end made it truly memorable. The food was flawless: magnificent oysters, melt-in-the-mouth Old Spot belly ribs, and a perfectly cooked 500g rib-eye with chunky fries and mushrooms. Every bite was perfection. Hawksmoor isn’t just about incredible steak — it’s an experience. Exceptional team, sensational food, and an atmosphere that keeps me coming back. Truly one of Manchester’s finest.
