Another hand

We had a lovely anniversary lunch here. The food was incredible. The staff were so friendly. We had 7 plates and a dessert, my diet is a bit restricted being pregnant, but was more than enough to choose and they were happy to cook things slightly differently to make sure they were safe for me to eat. I was jealous of my partner getting to eat the seafood and the cheesecake was too good. Can’t wait to return.

Me & my partner came here for my birthday and it was very special. The staff were very kind & professional, carefully explaining every dish to us. The food was well thought out and tasty. We were given the option to sit outside underneath an umbrella because it was a hot day and it was still an intimate meal, just what we like.

Absolutely outstanding restaurant. I came here for a meal for my birthday and it was fantastic. The staff were brilliant, the chefs table was exciting, being able to see the chefs prepare the food. The food was presented perfectly and tasted amazing. It was so perfectly cooked and creative. I will definitely return!

Another Hand is easily one of Manchester’s best dining experiences. I first visited for my birthday and was blown away, though the generous recommended number of dishes left me too full for dessert. So, I had to return, and brought some friends with me. Another perfect evening we spoke highly even of long after. Highlights included the squid, lobster, artichoke, courgette, okay, just all of it, but the absolute star: the Hasselback potato (I’d come back just to order a few of those even). Everything is beautifully presented, absolute delicious, and made for sharing – ideal even when some of us don’t eat fish or meat. We started with yuzu sake/Champagne, a perfect opening to the meal. The acoustics here are spot on – conversations across the table flow easily without disturbance And last, but not least - the service is absolutely perfect: attentive, professional, and warm. A true 10/10, and I can’t wait to return!

This is my second time and it was absolutely incredible. The attention to detail regarding food and service is what hospitality is all about - effortlessly considerate. The highlight was the duck sauce and a lovely dessert wine flight that they were kind enough to put together for us. The best in town.
