Ambience: Located on Naples’ iconic 5th Avenue, the setting is elegant yet relaxed—perfect for both meaningful celebrations and casual evenings with intention. Dishes Sampled: - 🦀 Crab Salad: Generous portion, beautifully presented. However, the flavor profile felt muted—lacking the brightness or seasoning that could have brought the dish to life. - 🍝 Ravioli: Rich and satisfying, with excellent texture and balance. That said, the $48 price point felt disproportionate to the portion and complexity, especially when compared to similar offerings. - 🐙 Octopus: A standout. Perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. This dish captured both technical excellence and emotional satisfaction. Final Reflection: Caffè Milano excels in service and ambiance. The food is solid, with moments of brilliance—though some dishes could benefit from more expressive seasoning or pricing alignment. Ideal for those who value hospitality and setting, with room for refinement in culinary impact.

Good Italian dining experience! The atmosphere is very nice, especially if you sit outside — perfect for a relaxing meal. The food was delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. There are many places in Naples and on 5th Ave to enjoy a nice meal, but Caffe Milano is my favorite. The food is excellent and service is great — special shoutout to Jesus, who took great care of us during our most recent visit! The grilled octopus appetizer is done perfectly here, and although I am typically quite an adventurous eater, their classic chicken parm is one of the best I’ve ever had. Get it! You’ll be glad you did. The chicken cutlet is wonderfully crispy, and the freshly made spaghetti is heavenly. My husband loves the veal Milanese and says it is among the best he has had. Service is polite, timely, and accommodating. The atmosphere is vibrant and can be enjoyed inside and out. Nice wine selection, too. Thank you, Caffe Milano. We appreciate your hospitality tremendously and are already looking forward to our next visit from Boston.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this place made me want to post it! I flew down for a quick weekend get away and stopped in for a drink and appetizer. It was impeccable. Staff was friendly and attentive in the most professional way. Great quality foods and delicious olive oil might I add. 10/10 I will be returning. Highly recommend the meatballs. P.s. they make their own fresh pasta in house! Chefs kiss 😙🤌

Came for happy hour. Food was great. Seafood risotto was the favorite dish. Ivan was attentive and made it a great experience dining in.
