Had a really great lunch at True Food Kitchen! I love that they use fresh ingredients and no seed oils. If we lived closer this would be a go-to for us! The salad was flavorful and fresh.

I ate at True Food Kitchen in Naples today and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered the Korean bowl and asked for Tabasco sauce. When I poured it, I didn’t realize the restraining cap was missing—so a massive amount came out and completely ruined the dish beyond the first few bites. I informed the server, who initially replaced the meal, which I appreciated. But then she came back later and charged me for the second meal, saying it was my fault. Look, I paid it—but in my opinion, it was clearly their responsibility to ensure condiments are safe to use. I felt misled and disrespected. What started as a small issue turned into a complete failure in customer service. I’ll never eat here again. Lost a customer for life. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values their guests. Terrible manager 🤪 Terrible company 🙃

We have been going to True Food in Naples for several years, but unfortunately the food quality and especially the presentation have gone downhill noticeably. This time I ordered a burger with fries. The burger itself was bland, with soggy onions and mushrooms, and just a single piece of lettuce thrown on top. The fries were mushy, some even with black, burnt spots (see pictures). The plate was very scratched and the food was simply dropped onto it without any care or decoration. For the high prices they charge, this was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth it. It also seems that the restaurant has become much less busy than it used to be — and sadly, I can understand why. At this point, I can no longer recommend True Food.

I had the Chinese salad. First: way too small! It’s a very boring salad. Not a main dish. The chicken was too chewy for me. Last time I had a burger, super boring taste also. (Maybe a homemade sauce would make it better) The stars are only because it’s healthy and good quality food! The margarita pizza is super delicious but way too small (I ordered 2 for myself and I’m a woman and not eating much)

I ordered the Mediterranean Wild Caught Shrimp. The shrimp was about the size of the tip of my thumb. It was very dry and extremely overcooked on the grill. The presentation not very appealing. Our Server, Nolan, was OUTSTANDING ❣️❤️ Too bad he had to serve SUBPAR food. The entry way to the restaurant looked like the black carpet had not been vacuumed for about a week. Not a very good first impression when you walk in PLUS our table was not very clean. Crumbs from the previous diner. 😖 VERY DISAPPOINTING experience other than our server.
