Loved the food and the service very welcoming !
Amazing restaurant - highly recommend as it’s home made and a family ran tavern
Lovely spot we found on our way north from Athens. We arrived quite late for lunch on a Thursday afternoon, it appeared all closed, but a man there (the owner?) hosted us for lunch. It was a lovely experience. The food was pretty simple. The language barrier easily solved by the little english the man could speak and a very welcoming attitude. It serves typical food, but the peak of the menu is the meat. It is ordered by the weight and you choose between lamb, sheep, pork or beef. The owner, who appeared to be there all alone, grilled himself the amount of meet we ordered and served us great cheese fried balls and salad (tomatoes and cucumber). If you love traditional places and out-of-beaten-paths tourism, give it a chance. Price was very affordable. We spent 45€ in four
Since the first time i went to the restaurant i felt like i was in a friends or family house, such is the good atmosphere, this for people i only met a few weeks ago, incredible,a better atmosphere and better people is very difficult to find, all this with excellent food.Wonderfull!!
We turned up unannounced but hungry, on a very quiet afternoon, and were delighted to be served a fabulous array of delicious foods, by the lovely gentleman who was most likely there on his own.
